Minimum order value is £75.00 excluding VAT.
VAT
VAT at the appropriate rate will be added to all orders/invoices.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is shown at order confirmation.
DESCRIPTIONS
We reserve the right to change specifications or supply improved products where an original item is unavailable. A full credit will be issued for any substitute product, which proves unsatisfactory in anyway, providing that it is returned to us in a re-saleable condition.

PAYMENT
Payment for goods supplied on Invoice is due 30 days from date of invoice. Invoices for part supplies should be passed for payment not held pending delivery of items to follow, for which a separate invoice will be issued. Property of all goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for in full.
DAMAGES & CLAIMS
Any shortage or damage must be reported to ourselves within 48 hours of receipt of goods otherwise claims cannot be considered. If goods on receipt are seen to be damaged, the delivery note should be endorsed “damaged in transit” and packing materials should be retained pending enquiry and inspection.
PRICES
The prices listed are current at the date of issue and supersedes those previously shown. Whilst every effort is made to absorb increases, we regret that they are subject to alteration without notice. Please note that the prices charged are those ruling at the time of receipt of order date not date of despatch.
